Rubber Cementing Plugs
Cementing Plugs:
Rubber cementing plugs are critical for separating the cement slurry from other fluids in the drilling process. Twin pines offers a variety of rubber cementing plugs for oil and gas hydrofracking.

Fluid Ends Fluid Ends - Power Ends:
Fluid ends are critical to oil and gas drilling operations because they endure the most amount of wear in a drilling operation. Fluid ends or "power ends" are assemblies for high pressure pumps that receive fluid from a supply manifold and direct or transfer the fluid to an outlet manifold. Twin Pines repairs fluid ends to meet or exceed original specifications..

What is Hydrofracking Equipment?

Hydrofracking is a process used in oil and gas drilling where water is injected into the drilling well to fracture the surrounding ground in order to more efficiently extract the oil or gas trapped in the ground. The technique involves injecting high-pressure water via the drilled well into the rock formations surrounding it. Hydrofracking widens the fractures in the bed rock and extend them further into the formation to increase the network of fractures and allow oil and or gas a path to be extracted.

Hydrofracking equipment is used to safely and effectively fracture the bedrock in order to improve the yield of the oil and or gas drilling of the rig. The two most common pieces of equipment are cementing plugs and fluid ends (or sometimes called power ends).

Cementing plugs are rubber plugs used to separate the cement slurry from other fluids, reducing contamination and improving performance. There are two types of cementing plugs, the bottom plug and the top plug. Because of the nature of their use, cementing plugs have a one time usage and many drilling firms require a new set for each operation.

Fluid ends are assemblies for high pressure pumps that receive fluid from a fluid supply manifold and supply the fluid to an outlet manifold. Fluid ends typically have the most amount of wear in a drilling pump and must be replaced or repaired due to heavy usage, damage or long term usage.
