Twin Pines rubber and plastic compression, transfer, and injection molding machines offer cutting edge performance and superior reliability. Our standard vertical machine is a 30 ton hydraulic press with 30/45 ton clamp force. It performs at a maximum of 120 RPM screw speed and 3,000 psi injection pressure. The injection rate is 55cc/second with a high speed option of 100cc/second.

At 87 inches tall, and 40x60 inches wide it can fit in a box truck, which reduces shipping costs. It also saves space on the factory floor when compared to most foreign made molding machines. The compact frame also makes our machines more stable and more versatile when it comes to moving the machines.

Our rubber and plastic molding machines also consist primarily of stock parts and all of the electrical components are Allen Bradley parts, making them easy to find and affordable to replace. In addition, we carry a large inventory of parts at our facility to help you get back up and running as quickly as possible.

Most importantly, our rubber and plastic injection molding machines outperform the competition. A shot size repeatability analysis of 300 shots showed a consistency of +/- 0.2 grams, putting it solidly above foreign made machines. This means fewer scrapped parts for you, and less time wasted.

Plus, all of our machines come with a Total Preventive Maintenance plan and will keep running efficiently long after typical molding machines start to become “headaches.” You won’t find a better combination of quality and reliability.
