Our customer service is top notch, and we will help you troubleshoot through any issues you encounter. Additionally, we keep a large inventory of spare parts for our compression, transfer and injection molding machines. This allows us to deliver replacement parts to you as quickly as possible, because we know how important your machines are to your business.
We also offer a “Total Preventive Maintenance” plan, or TPM. Perhaps the most important part of our maintenance and support program, we develop the TPM before the machine ever leaves our doors. This maintenance plan, specifically details how to take care of the machine based on daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly routines.
