At Twin Pines we are happy to go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to the our services. So in addition to the myriad of services we offer when it comes to building and repairing rubber and plastic injection molding machines, we also welcome you to test rubber and plastic mold prototypes at our facilities.
Before you commit to buying one or several expensive molds, you can use Twin Pines to run off a few rubber or plastic parts through the prototype. This can help you check for imperfections or fine tune the mold.
We offer this service for all types of operations including compression, transfer, and injection molding for both rubbers and plastics. Additionally, we are more than open to running a full production part to accommodate your work overflow or help you with custom parts.
Twin Pines is proud of our prototyping services and we are honored to work the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh's "How People Make Things" exhibit. We have developed a plastic molding display that helps teach the next generation how plastic bowls are made. This project highlights our molding experience and our committment to our community.
