If you have TPE or rubber molding machines that do not require a complete rebuild but still need repairs or upgrades, Twin Pines offers a host of additional options.

This can include redesigning the machine for a different process. A rubber molding machine can become a TPE machine and vice versa. You might also opt to make it two machines in one by turning it into a convertible molding machine.

Another option for your machine includes converting it to perform a different type of molding operation. We can take any type, whether compression, transfer, or injection, and construct it to perform any one of the other types of molding operations.

Less dramatic options include adding a mechanical clamp safety or upgrading the hydraulics. The mechanical safety can bring machines up to code or offer a superior system to the existing safety lock. One option for the hydraulics upgrade includes installing proportional controls into machines that were built without them.

If you need or choose to have the injection system replaced we can install upgrades as well. An adjustable nozzle eliminates nozzle drool, and a high speed injection system can dramatically improve a machine’s productivity.
